= =+我想知道酥皮濃湯的英文怎唸 不會是譯音吧 就像布丁=pudding 找了好幾天資料,可是居然沒有@@

    Puff Pastry 是酥皮的意思。

    xxxx Soup with Puff Pastry Crowns/Tops 或是

    xxxx Soup under a Puff Pastry Dome 是xxxx酥皮湯

    譬如：

    酥皮奶油蘑菇濃湯可以翻作

    Cream of Mushroom Soup with Puff Pastry Tops

    或是

    Cream of Mushroom Soup with Puff Pastry Crowns

    或是

    Cream of Mushroom Soup under a Puff Pastry Dome

    It's called Puff Pastry.

    冷凍起酥片英文名－ frozen puff pastry sheet。

    You can find it in the freezer in any supermarket. mostly likely with those dessert items.

    我是在大賣場 '' 特易購 ''找到立基冷凍起酥片,很喜歡吃上面那層酥皮,都會買來只烤酥皮吃。
