    有很多講法 不過新聞會用到 (from China post)the military procurement  the arms procurement 軍購(n)an arms procurement bill 軍購法案the budget for purchasing of new weaponry from the U.S. (所以形容這個事情用purchase當然可以啦~)Does Taiwan really need the military/arms procurement?Does Taiwan really need the purchasing of new weaponry?procurement 獲得,取得;採購[U]procurement of a loan貸款的獲得
