已更新項目:

It is a good opportunity for us to learn the American value and system. It does not matter what you have done but how to get away with it, especially for a public figure. 寧可放過一萬不可錯殺一個吧. Now this case is over, everyone is waiting for his next album and next case in the courtroom.

Once again this verdict shows " Money talks, Bullsh*t walks."

I personally agree with the fact that a person shall remind innocent until proven guilty, but this theory isn't always correct when celebrities and money are involved. Just like O.J.Simpson's case, the prosecutors were defeated brutally as well.

On the other hand, I also agree with the fact that the District attorney should not have brought in the conspiracy theory (Count One-Conspiracy in adduction a minor and imprisonment) against Michael Jackson. The Count One charge was too lame and it did actually help the defense team to win and allowed the jury to give out "Not Guilty" verdicts on all charges. The accuser's mother was portrayed as a gold digger by the Defense team and the Jury thought the accuser was taught and coached to lie by the mother. Therefore his testimony was judged by the Jury as not so truthful or strong as it would have been if the Count one charge was not brought in.

Michael Jackson may have been just an innocent weirdo, and all these charges were just conspiracies that brought to against him, but we may never know. The truth lies between himself and God.

    Final thought:

Today, the American Justice System proves to the world “ONCE AGAIN” that the law only binds those who can't afford hot shot expensive system-manipulating attorneys.

I don't know how you guys see the money involoving in this case, but as I followed the case so far, the victim and his mother has very questionable credibility,

maybe Michael Jackson is guility, but I doubt on this kid, or they should work harder to get more evidence, or they should convince the other victims to speak out. Anyway the evidence talk...My personal opinion.

    not guilty till prove guilty.

So if the evidence is not enough to say HE is guilty. then he is innocent.

That is the way the democracy works.

    I think so, too.

After all, so many crimes, so many ways to committ the crime...

If we don't have certain law and regulation to bond ourselves, then the society will be a chaos. That is my own opinion.

you know it's really hard to say if a person is guilty or not unless he is caught red-handed.

    2005-06-14 07:35:09 補充:

I do personally "think" that Michael Jackson is guilty (come on... he looks the type...), but if I were the jury, I'd vote NOT QUILTY simply because there isn't enough evidence... We live in an unfair world... what can you do?

If you were rich, you could hire a top-notch lawayer to represet you in the court to fight your case, they always win! Reference to the O.J. Simpson trial, it's a similar case, justice is served by who's richer.

me no learned law, me believe me see, it's Amelica, HOLA!

Mr. Jackson had a questionable history else the people would believe him, I'm wondering why kids flip-flopped their testimonies all the time, I believe kids are kids, so I said. We will see if Mr. Jackson will sue the mom, but it's highly unlikely.

Yes, I am watching FOX 11 now,and all the reporters are saying that Michael Jackson is a freeman now, Michael Jackson  is not guilty of all charges.

    2005-06-14 20:51:46 補充:

Perhaps Michael Jackson "WAS" guilty, but he had money to hire the best lawyer. Remember, Michael Jackson is a celebrity, I think before the law, all men are NOT equal.
