不知你是說Bloody-Bull還是Bullshot 印象中只有這兩道酒有用到"牛肉湯" 但是其實這兩道酒的翻譯都不能稱為"鬥牛" 所以還是建議你下次用原文會比較好 [鬥牛稱為bull-fight]這兩道酒裡的"牛肉湯"就是稱為bouillon的高湯這種高湯就是西餐烹飪裡會用的牛大骨湯beef stock 這是一種清湯要如何使用 很簡單 就是先過濾後放涼就可以用了 如果沒有自己煮這種高湯的話 沒關西 去買牛高湯塊回家自己煮就好了下列為recipe Bloody Bull4 splashes of Tabasco Sauce 1 teaspoon of horse radish 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 splash of Worcestershire sauce1 1/2 ounces vodka 1 1/2 ounces canned concentrated bouillon fresh pepper green onion Pour over ice in tall glass, stir well.
