Check out Kaplan's series of GMAT Prep books.
I personally used Kaplan series and did all the practice questions. I spent my summer like 2 months and 4 to 5 hours each day going through the book. It helped quite a bit. While I didn't score 800 on the test, I did got 640. (given English is my second language, I do have some handicaps) Just make sure you know all the math questions and make sure you can score at least 90 to 95% so that it can help to offset your deficiency in English. As to the essay questions, other than practice drawing outlines for the practice questions, there is not a whole lot you can prepare in such short amount of time anyway. I wouldn't be too concern with it, given most graduate school don't care that much about the essay scores anyway.
