急徵!英文高手..請幫我翻譯這道菜單!急..今天就要.20點

紅燒蹄膀

‧材料: 蹄膀(約一斤半)、 A菜

‧作法: 1. 將蹄膀放入滾水中川燙去除血水,瀝乾;侵入深色醬油(使其上色)。2. 再將蹄膀炸至金黃色。3. 取一盤將炸好的蹄膀面朝下,放入調味料(蔥、薑 、 酒 、八角 、冰糖、醬油),置蒸籠蒸約一個半小時。4. 將蒸熟的蹄膀盛入盤中,旁邊圍上燙熟的A菜。5. 再將肉汁倒入炒鍋中,加入蔥段、薑片煮滾,勾芡,淋在蹄膀上。

    Pork shank that stew in soy sauce

    Material : Pork shank(about a kilogram and half) , lettuce

    Mathod : 1. put the pork shank into boil water to get rid of the blood, then let it dry ; soak into dar colour of soy sauce (to get the colour on pork shank)

    2. Then deep fry the pork shank, till the skin turns to the colour of yellow

    3. put the deep fried pork shank on a plate face down, then put the seasoning (green onion, ginger, alcohol, aniseed, crystal sugar, soy souce), and then put it into steamer to steam about a hour and half.

    4. put the steamed pork shank into a dish then put the cooked lettuce around it.

    5. put the juice of the meat and pieces of green onion, genger into a pan, then cook till it boil, thicken it by means of starch, sprinkle it on the pork shank

    勾芡的英文我不知道, 所以我是用直接從Dr.eye翻譯後的結果......

    雖然翻的不是很好, 但是我認為會比別人直接用翻譯軟體翻的好.....

    真搞不董位啥要用翻譯字典耶˙翻譯字典翻ㄉ那麼ㄌㄠˋ!衣看就知道是從翻譯字典出來的!一點文法都不講究
