Title: Should Prisoners be allowed to receive heart transplants?

Patients have the right to see doctors and receive proper treatments when needed, regardless of his or her background; thus, prisoners in need should be allowed and deserves to receive heart transplant just like everyone else. A controversial topic likes this “Should the nation provide expensive care and scarce organs to prison inmates”, people who are in favor of the idea believes that prisoners deserves the right to receive heart transplant just as much like any others, and they argues for several reasons: First, it is morally wrong to not give a person treatments when knowing he or she is suffering and needs it badly, especially in this case, the matter of life or death. Second, part of the taxes from citizens will be going off to prisoners whether if it is for food or medical care and why should people shut the door only to those who are really in need? Lastly, good-citizens or prisoners both deserves for a heart-transplant, because everyone deserves equal opportunities to fight for their life.

you can use words such as "However", " On the other hand", and "Nevertheless" to start your new paragraph.I've changed your paragraph a little:Patients have the right to see doctors and receive proper treatments when needed, regardless of their background; thus, prisoners in need should be allowed and deserved to receive heart transplant just like everyone else. People who are in favor of the idea of giving prison inmates a chance to receive organ transplant believe that prisoners deserve the right to receive heart transplant just as any of us do, and they argue for several reasons. Firstly, it is morally wrong not to give a person treatments knowing he or she is suffering and needs it badly, especially in this case, a matter of life or death. Secondly, part of the taxes paid by us goes towards prisoners, either for food or medical care. Why should people shut the door only to those who are really in need? Lastly, good-citizens and prisoners both deserve a heart-transplant, because everyone deserves equal opportunities to fight for their life.
