I have traveled to many places ( ever ) since I came to Taiwan .

She has been outspoken ever since she was a small child .

She has been outspoken since she was a small child

She has been outspoken ever since she was a small child.

I have traveled to many places since I came to Taiwan.

I have traveled to many places ever since I came to Taiwan.

She has been outspoken (ever) since she was a small child. She's been sick (ever) since Friday.
