原本公司管理外籍勞工,採用犯錯罰勤制度,可是近一年來發現,管理成效不彰,無法有效管理,造成公司管理上之困擾,經過討論後決議,未來外籍勞工犯錯,經主管確認,將採行罰款制度,罰款金額將由當月份薪資扣除,其扣款金額計算如下:

警告:扣薪500元新台幣

小過:扣薪1500元新台幣

大過:扣薪3000元新台幣

累積兩大過者將無異議接受遣送回國之處分

此管理制度將於2006年1月1日起正式實施

相對,假使表現良好,經主管確認,將採行工作獎金制度,獎金金額將連同當月份薪資發放,其獎金金額計算如下:

嘉獎:獎金500元新台幣。

小功:獎金1500元新台幣。

大功:獎金3000元新台幣。

此管理制度將於2006年1月1日起正式實施。

    Our company used to adopt the physical labor method in managing those foreign laborers when they made mistakes. However, we found in the recent one year, the achievement was little. This method can not controlling effectively, thus caused some difficulties in the management of our company. The company had decided after some meeting and discussions that, when any of those foreign laborers made mistakes in the future, and has been confirmed by their supervisor, we will have a pecuniary punishment. The amount of their penalty will be deducted from their salary of the month they have been punished. The punishment rules and amount will be counted as follow:

    Caution:Punished for NT$500.

    Small offense:Punished for NT$1,500.

    Serious offense:Punished for NT$3,000.

    When the accumulative total reaches two serious offenses, they will be punished and accepted to be repatriated unconditionally.

    Comparatively, when they have good behavior, and confirmed by their supervisor, we will have a bonus system as well. The amount of their bonus will be granted to them with their salary of the month they have been commended. The reward rules and amount will be counted as follow:

    Praise: Awarded for NT$500.

    Small merit:Awarded for NT$1,500.

    Great merit:Awarded for NT$3,000.

    This management system will be taking effected formally by January the first, year 2006.
