“Just do it” is a very famous slogan of Nike advertisement. We see it very often on TV. There are always famous sportsmen in the advertisement doing some self-challenge. This slogan encourages people to make their dream come true; to just do it without being hindered by difficulties.
This is also a motto of myself. I like to do what I want to do and don’t like to hesitate. My experience taught me, if you hesitate on doing something, you will regret afterward. There was one example. Once I saw a very nice T-shirt on the Yahoo auction. I wanted it very much, but I thought there might be other people selling the same product with a lower price, so I didn’t bid it. Then I was busy for some days. After I recalled the T-shirt, the auction has already ended and some one had it. I had the thought, “If I offered the price earlier, it won’t be taken away by others.” So after this lesson, I try to make decision as soon as possible, not letting me regret on something.
As a result, I encourage people go “Just do it” when they want something very much, whether it’s a product or a goal in life. It is always too late when we regret.

Everyone knows the slogan: "Just do it!" from Nike. It may seems like a very positive thing at first, but we should ask ourself if it is really that simple.
While Nike present their slogan in a positive way, depicting people grabbing the chances, living life to the full, one can not help but wonder if Nike also uses their slogan to prompt people to "Just do it! Buy Nike today!"
Even if we take the complications of advertising out of the way, the saying still helds logical problems. Sure, if we hesistate, a chance might pass us by, but is acting on impulse really a good thing? What of the saying: "Think before you act?" Should we not take that into account?
We should really take "Just do it" as a phrase that encourages courage, for so often we know what we should do and yet are not brave enough to 'do it'. It should not be seen as a prompt for "act before you think" for often, rash decisions leads to more regrets.參考資料： Me~~
