    (1)開支或許可以用"expenditure"表達(例如有"annual expenditure"的說法)

    所以可以說 cut / limit / reduce......the expenditure

    或者 a cut / reduction in expenditure

    (2)意思大概就是負債(debt)很多吧

    debt 前面可以用 big / enormous / large / huge / substantial......等形容詞

    動詞可以用 be burdened with / have / incur / run up......等搭配

    (例句: She ran up huge debts on her credit card./ He was burdened with debts.)

    (3)意思大概是支出大於收入吧

    例子: people whose annual expenditure "exceeds" their income

    或許可以更間單的說:Some people spend more money than they can afford.

    或者用"live beyond one's means"這個片語表達

    (它的相反意思就是"live within one's means)
