句中的 hange 應該改成 change 才對！
整句的翻譯是--語言就像人一樣活著或死亡(白話一點的說--語言就像人一樣會存在或消逝，而消逝也就是再不被人使用了)，同樣地，他們也會隨著時間成長或改變。 
沒有by time 這個片語，只有 by the time ，意思是--在…之前
   例句：I will be ready by the time you come.
              在你來之前我會準備好的。

→(A) 如果要翻成--有黑褲子的男人今天早上來拜訪你

“who had black pants”只是拿來形容“ the man ”

(B) 用 on 的話，意思不合。on--在…之上

(C)只要是要表示成“穿戴”的，都可以用 in + 衣褲、鞋襪、帽子，如果要表示“戴眼鏡”則通常用 with + 眼鏡

(D)要用 wore 的話，也要寫成關係代名詞的用法-- The man who wore black pants came to visit you this morning.
