醫院左腳膝蓋英文診斷書, 看不懂, 請骨科專家幫忙解釋

我的左腳膝蓋在10年前運動傷害至今, 之前至中山醫學院接受磁振造影(MRI)之檢查, 得到一份英文檢查報告, 煩請專家告知病狀並建議醫療之方法, 以下為檢查報告內容

The MRI of Lt. knee was performed with pulse sequesces of proton density, T2WI, without IV contrast study, then a serial sagittal, axial and coronal image were taken, and revealed that:

1. Minimal joint effusion of Lt. knee.

2. Tearing of ACL of Lt. knee joint is suspected.

3. Cystic lesion over anterior portion of Lt. knee joint space, R/O meniscal cyst.

4. Suspicious medial and lateral meniscus tearing of Lt. knee joint, posterior horn.

5. High signal intensity over prepatellar region, R/O bursitis of patellar region.

你這樣的膝傷拖的也太久了吧？

應該去找骨科或復健科診治了。

報告內容是：

1.左膝關節少量積水。

2.疑前十字韌帶撕裂。

3.疑半月軟骨囊腫。

4.疑半月軟骨內外側撕裂傷。

5.疑臏骨滑囊炎。

照字面上看起來.你的MRI報告寫的都是疑似..

這樣可能建議你繼續去醫院追蹤..徹底檢查.

盡快接受治療..這樣才會康復的快一點.

而且你已經拖了10年了..在這樣下去的話..

可能之後會造成行動上的不方便唷...
