甘藍菜的菜心

菜心有點類似高麗菜比較中心那樣...小小的

所以叫菜心

也有的稱之為"甘藍菜嬰"(台語也是叫菜嬰)Integer 說的是Broccoli語源的意義，但現在確實有一種別於Broccoli的蔬菜叫做cabbage sprouts，請參考~Windy City~提供的網站。

Brussels sprouts, what an odd name for a vegetable that has the appearance of a "cute little baby" cabbage. No one seems to know where Brussels sprouts originated but it is assumed they came from Belgium where Brussels is the capital city.
