    Proper English should be:

    直接跟理髮師說:

    一句一句分開說:

    Can you please make my fringe be thinner?

    can you layer my fringe?

    can you please make my hair's end part/bit slightly shorter?

    OR

    整段一起說:

    Can you please layer my fringe and make it thinner?

    Also, i would like to slight shorten my hair at the back.
