如何寫一封出貨ㄉ信件阿

內容是:

通知客戶已在L/C裝船有效期前2天出貨完成.但很抱歉10箱貨物無法上櫃.因為材積計算錯誤.請其指示此10箱貨要如何處理.

    Dear Sirs,

    We are pleased to inform you that we have delivered the goods 2 days before the L/C is invalid. However, we are sorry to inform you that there are 10 cartons not able to consolidate into the container due to the miscalculate in CBM. Please kindly confirm

    your comment with regards to the 10 cartons.

    如果你們實際出貨金額跟信用狀有差異..會造成瑕疵押匯.

    我的建議是..告訴客戶你們會將10箱空運而不是問客戶要怎麼辦! ( 除非你們跟客戶很熟)

    Dear Sir or Madam, Kindly be inform that we have ship out your goods 2 days before the L/C expired. We are regret that due to our mistake, 10 boxes of your goods are unable to load into the container. We would appreciate it if you could advise how we could handle these 10 boxes of goods that we are unable to delivered. Many Thanks,XXX
