who,+ving的用法??

在讀課文的時候 看到了一句

She argued with the stage manager who, having seen me perform before Mother\'s friends, suggest that I go on in her place

有點不懂 通常不是 ,who 為什麼這裡是 who, 而且我不懂為什麼接ving 不是應該 , who had seen才對嗎??

She argued with the stage manager who, having seen me perform before Mother's friends, suggested that I go on in her place    (不知是否有打錯，我覺得該用suggested)中間having seen me perform before Mother's friends算是插入語。原本為She argued with the stage manager who suggested that I go on in her place 要在關係子句中插入補充敘述，方法和一般句子一樣。例如，要在下面這句加入補充敘述﹙關係子句、或分詞子句﹚  The stage manager suggested that I go on in her place.→The stage manager, having seen me perform before Mother's friends, suggested that I go on in her place.  =   The stage manager, who has seen me perform before Mother's friends, suggested that I go on in her place. ﹙去掉who，則關係子句的第一個動詞要改成 Ving；除非關係子句後面是被動式→則去掉beV即可﹚因為She argued with the stage manager who suggested that I go on in her place 這句中the stage manager 後面已有個關代who，不宜再多插入一個who引導的關係子句﹙變成有兩個who﹚，所以用分詞子句比較好。
