關於對於國外購物網站不實的回應(中譯英)?

麻煩請幫我中譯英,謝謝。請各位幫忙一下囉,讓我能討回這兩筆退款謝謝。

1、請你提出我有轉賣貴公司產品的證據,否則請收回你說我是轉賣者的指控。

2、我跟你們用mail聯絡數次,並非到今年2月才有回應,但貴公司只有兩次來信說明要退回兩筆貨款,但至今仍未退款,而且電洽客服所得的回應每次都不同,相關的連繫mail我都有保留。

3、我的信用卡公司說明因已超過兩個月期限而無法透過國外組織幫我處理退款,要由貴公司自行退款或者採取其他退款方式

抱歉,我不並不是購買色情的帳號,而是一些化妝品,至於為何兩個月內我為何沒要求銀行處理,因為不懂,而且銀行那時也先叫我付錢,等對方對款就可以了,一拖就超過兩個月

謝謝您的回應,因為對方有來信說明無法出貨,並說明退款的時間並且會在我下一期帳單呈現退款費用,那時候也很相信他會退款,所以也沒想那麼多,結果後來對方的處理態度和故意拖延,讓我到現在仍無法取回us$1000多的貨款(ps.那時不認為有爭議)

To make sure that is what they are dealing with, irregular activity, they are trying to contact the customer & verify information.They are unable to refund the credit card and have asked the customer to contract their credit card company as a charge back to receive their refund.

謝謝你提供的意見,但mail對他們來說已經沒用了,他們不會回應的,就算打電話給客服所得到的還是一樣,就是要我向信用卡公司處理(這是最近的說法,之前都是說要轉退款部門處理..然後就沒消息了)

我現在能做的就是回應他們上述的不實指控,要求他們由其他管道退回我的帳款,不知道是否可以請他們用何種方式將我的貨款退回?

    1. Please support your accuation with a strong evidence indicating that I am selling your products indirectly to others, otherwise, please retrieve your accusation on me for being an indirectly seller.

    2. I kept on contacting you with emails several times, it's not like what you said in your mail that I didn't reply your mail until this February. During the time I made contact with you, your esteemed company only replied me twice to inform me that you were going to refund my purchase. However, I didn't get any refund back yet. Everytime I contact with your sales representatives, the replies they gave me were always different. Please be noted that I kept all the incoming and outgoing mails.

    3. My credit card issuer told me that the overseas credit card organization couldn't help me with my refund since the account balance was over two months to claim my refund back. They told me that there's nothing they can do at this point except you are willing to process the refund claiming.

    我是很納悶你是為什麼會要跟國外廠商要求退款, 依我跟國外購物的經驗, Quality Guranteed and Satisfaction 是國外廠商很重視的問題, 而你指出對方有對你指控轉賣, 我倒是很納悶是什麼東西不可以買了再轉賣, 有一種可能, 你可能是買了色情網站的年費, 而又把帳號密碼賣給別人, 所以對方才不肯退錢, 而一般國內信用卡發卡行又常因為英文底子不好, 超過帳款兩個月的是較不願意去追討的, 但我很懷疑的是, 當時你一收到帳單, 你怎麼不馬上跟信用卡銀行反應某些爭議款, 一堆而言, 爭議款是不用先行繳納的, 可待信用卡公司確認後再行繳納, 而且如果最後是你這一方是對的, 不會有所謂的循環息產生的, 所以建議你日後要跟國外網站購物, 最好是使用外商銀行的信用卡, 因為他們在處理國際爭議款是很有經驗的

    你收到帳單, 代表對方已經跟你的銀行請款了, 怎麼可能會銀行叫你收到帳單有爭議的款項還叫你先付款, 這是不符程序的, 有爭議的款項銀行是應該要先查的, 確定你們之間的爭議沒問題之後才會要你付款, 當然如果是你和國外公司對品質的認定不一, 銀行也無從處理~ 我也曾經直接向美國的A&F網站下單買衣服, 可是當我收到衣服時, 我很生氣他們的品質, 寫信跟他們complain, 不過他們都會給很好的解釋,

    而且在道歉方面他們也很有誠意, 即使他們認為他們沒錯, 為了弭平客訴, 他們也寄了一張單次六折券(無使用限期)給我, 但基本上我不建議直接跟國外網站下單, 因為你必需要另外負擔運費及關稅, 且品質的風險及遇到瑕疵在語言上的溝通不易(如果自身的英文底子不好的話)

    一般而言, 尚未收到貨品的帳款, 是無需先行付款的, 而你的信用卡銀行竟然叫你先付款, 我想你也應該公佈是哪家爛銀行要求你這麼做的, 在公佈之餘, 我幫你寫封信給他們吧~

    一般而言, 以信用卡購物的方式, 因為原本他們的帳務是 debit your credit card, 在會計學上叫做 "貸記你的信用卡", 而要沖正帳務做退款的動作, 就必需要再做一個 credit your credit card (借記你的信用卡), 這樣借貸雙方才會平衡, 但我想他們已經不願意做這種帳了, 所以你另外還有一種求償方式就是 ask them to write you a international cashier's check, 收到之後你要拿到銀行去做國際託收, 一般而言會有台幣400-800元的託收手續費

    1.Please evidence that I reselled your product,if there is no evidence,please call back your accusation.

    2.I used e-mail to contact you many times,not respond you until this February,but your company have just sent two letters to explain in attempt to refund two scot free,until now,you haven't refunded,and the response I get from your call center is always different,I reserve relevant contacting mails.

    3.My credit card company explained that it's unable to dispose the refund by the way of oversea organization because it has already borrowed time,the only solution is that you refund by yourself or adopt another way to refund.
