指目前一段有限的時間裡所持續發生的事,但並不是指這一刻正在進行的事.
ex.
He is reading lots of books.
他最近正在閱讀大量的書.
不可能 "現在" "正在" 閱讀大量的書,所以他是指最近一段時間所持續進行的事.
