De Anza College in Cupertino, CA has Transfer Agreement with UC Davis, UC San Diego, and UC Santa Cruz. You need to maintain GPA of 3.1 in order to get in the college of engineering of UC Davis and 2.8 for other colleges. For UC San Diego, you need to maintain GPA of 2.8. Please go to website http://www.deanza.edu/transfer/guaradm.htm for more detail. You can also check the website of foothill college in Los Altos, CA
http://www.foothill.edu/transfer/taa.html. These two colleges have transfer agreement contract of selected UC campuses. In Foothill college website, it mentions that CSU and UC do not have transfer admission agreement (TAA) for international students.
West Valley College in Saratoga, CA also have TAA for some UC campuses (Davis, Riverside, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz) and UCLA for honor program participants.
College of San Mateo also have guaranteed transfer contracts with five or six UC campuses. Skyline College (also near San Francisco), City College of San Francisco, San Jose City College, Evergreen Valley College (San Jose)also have some guaranteed transfer agreement with some UC campuses. So, basically, most of the well-established community colleges in San Francisco Bay Area have some kind of guaranteed transfer agreement with some UC campuses.
DVC in Diablo Valley, CA (East of San Francisco Bay) comparatively is not as good and famous as the bay area community colleges I mentioned above. Well, it still have transfer agreement with UC Davis, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, UC Santa Cruz. You need to talk to counselor to see which transfer agreement program accept international students.

You will need to pay out-of-state tuition (not foreign student because you have green card) until you stay in Calif. for one year.
If you are going to live in SF, you should go to check out City College of San Francisco (CCSF) and talk to their counselors. It is the largest 2-year college in SF.

媛 , UCLA is not in SF area. Also UCSF is a graduate school university focus in medical related science. Most of the programs only accept grad students, not undergrad.

社大 give students chance to explore what they want to study. Many students in 社大 take classes for their career not for transfer. Some 2-yr colleges do have a better reputation than the others.參考資料： website of community colleges, myself, my friends
