Dunkin’ donuts is “high profile” given its strong brand name, and coffee in particular is a high margin sale (retailers make tons of money on this alone).

International Presence

Dunkin’ Donuts does have a worldwide presence, but there is no question that it’s strongest in the United States. Right now, it’s having difficulties whit franchisers in Canada who blame sales declines on poor advertising and marketing support and with consumers in the United Kingdom who simply don’t care that much for doughnuts.
