    *President這個單字如果放在一個組織裡面它就是代表最大權位的人稱.

    *President如果放在國家它將會是總統.

    這個是在連合國的一位秘書將軍.

    *General是指將軍.(這是它的官階)

    *Secretary是指秘書.(這是它的工作職稱)
