而近幾年因全球衛星定位系統的普及以及成本大幅下滑，現今以有學者提出以位置為基礎（location-based）的繞送法(Routing)，利用全球衛星定位系統（Global Positioning System, GPS），因此本計劃利用可調適性隨選驅動路由協定，搭配全球衛星定位系統及LAR的演算法(algorithm)，提出一個新的以位置為基礎的繞送法，希望能藉此降低路徑建立、路徑維護所耗費的成本，以提升網路(network)效率。

Because the popularity and the dropping cost of Global Position System(GPS), there have been several researchers proposing location-based routing via GPS. In this project, we combine dynamic routing protocol, GPS and LAR algorithm to create a new routing system based on location, which not only lowers the costs of building and maintaining routes but improves the efficiency of network connection.
