請幫我解答文法題*關於時態的@@

題目如下:

Either Mr.Burton or Ms. Leeds is going to get that promotion, but the board of directors have not decided yet who is better qualified and deserves it more.

請問這句子當中,哪邊出了錯? 是時態有問題嗎?

Either Mr.Burton or Ms. Leeds is going to get that promotion; but the board of directors have not yet decided who is better qualified and whom deserves it more.

    - two independent clauses must be seperated by period or semicolon

    - it is always "not yet decided" not "not decided yet"

    - who is better quilified and deserves it more = who is better qualified & who is deserves it more (the latter is grammatically incorrect)

    - "whom" because it is used objectively
