The Advantages of Exercise

There are many different ways to exercise, but they all have more or less

the same benefits.

For one thing, people who exercise regularly have stronger, healthier

bodies.

They can control their weight and are at lower risk of heart disease,

diabetes, and other medical conditions.

Regular exercisers are also more pleased with their appearance, and are

often more confident as a result.

Exercise does not have to be confined to an expensive gym. Swimming,

running, walking, and roller-skating are all good forms of exercise.

In fact, the possibilities for exercise are limited only by your interests.

Perhaps the best thing about exercise, though, is its social side.

It can be done with friends, and is a great way to meet people.

Whatever exercise you do, doing it with friends will add years to your life, and life to your years.
