this is a result of problems at our supplier's factory.

As these problems are completely beyond our control,

I should like to point out that we are not able to refund your payment.

I enclose a copy of our Terms of Sale for your neference.

We expect to receive the goods next week,

so I hope that you will not have to wait much longer.
