巧克力杏仁餅乾

材料:

奶油180g 糖粉180g 蛋黃1個 低筋麵粉250g 可可粉15g

作法:

1.把奶油與糖粉攪拌均勻後,加入蛋黃拌勻。

2.再拌入粉類,多搓揉幾次,壓成糰。

3.再整形成四方型、且有高度,冷凍後,再切片。

4.排在烤盤上以180度c / 13分鐘,即可冷卻收藏。

    Almond Chocolate Cookies

    Ingredients:

    180g Butter (請註明奶油是加鹽salted butter還是不含鹽的unsalted butter, )

    180g White sugar (請注意喔, 英文裡面白砂糖是white sugar, 黃糖是brown sugar, 糖粉指的是icing sugar, 通常用於舖在甜點上面裝飾用)

    1 egg yolk

    250g Pastry flour (請注意, 如果你的食譜是給外國人看的話, 麵粉一般在外國是比較少分高低筋的, 外國一般都用all purpose flour是高低筋的混合, 這裡的pastry flour是專門給蛋糕以及餅乾用的)

    15g Cocoa powder

    Baking Instruction:

    1. Mix butter with sugar until smooth, then whisk with the egg yolk

    2. Add flour to make a dough, then work on the dough for couple times

    3. Form the dough into a square cube, put in refrigerator until it's cool, but not frozen, then slice into cookie shape.

    4. Place the cookies on baking pan, then put into pre-heated oven at 180celcius degrees for about 13 minutes, then remove from oven. Cookies can be stored away after they are cool down.
