This article is talking about monkey’s diet approach. Its use two parts. one part the
monkeys eat foods same with human. The other one, the monkeys eat low calorie
foods. The monkeys eat normal diet, begin, and show sighs of advancing ages similar
to those seen in human. The other monkeys eat low calorie diet plans are faring better.
This approach, called “calorie restriction” involves eating about 30% fewer calories
than normal while still getting adequate amounts of nutrients.
The researcher studying dietary effects also said the “calorie restriction” may be more
effective than exercise at preventing age-relate diseases.
In conclusion. This approach is good for a lot of people. But for someone is not.
Because every one 體質is different. But it’s true , if we can eat less for some high
calories foods and eat low calorie diet. Maybe we can make our health better.
