病人有手術後肺部併發症的風險可能需要嚴密的觀察以及手術後胸腔的物理治療

病人看來明白（醫院醫生的）指令指示手術後（施行） CPT （chest physiotherapy　胸腔物理治療）也會有幫助

RR 20/min　RR 一分鐘 20　次（下）

6-10 x/hr 　一小時 6-10　次（倍）

smoking 3 ppd for 10 　ppd（結核菌素）（沒有把握）

抽煙三到十包　單位通常是每天，但你沒寫出來我不清楚

decreased over the left lung ?　

如果是worse decreased a ctivity是惡化

但是你單講 decreased 大部分都是說什麼減少的

所以我實在是不清楚
