Stresses usually come from something that you are having difficulty to handle or having trouble to solve. This unseen pressure can be very harmful to our body if we don’t know how to handle them correctly. I usually handle my stresses by doing something that I enjoy and will make me happy. The way I’m going is handling each little stresses daily because once it builds up; it will be a pain to solve them at one time. I usually talk to my friend and ask for their opinions; sometimes I will go to the gym and workout just to keep myself away from thinking those stresses. There are many ways of handling stress, maybe my way is not suitable for you, but at least it works out for me.
