1. 靈光乍現（或是說靈光一閃）：
感覺上比較不像是一個名詞，而是在敘述一種情況－突然有一個想法：
(an idea) flash through somebody's mind/head/brain
如果是表突然的領悟的話：
(someone) come to a sudden realization
(an idea) suddenly dawn upon someone
如果是指靈光乍現的想法的話，可以說：
a sudden stroke of genius
a suddenly inspired idea / guess
an out-of-the-blue bright idea
a sudden inspiration
2. 空頭支票：
如果你是真的要指金錢上的空頭支票的話：
a bad / dishonored / rubber / bounced check
如果你是要表達的是信口開河的那種空頭支票的話：
an empty promise (a hollow promise)
3. 滾滾紅塵：
沒有固定的說法，所以提拱你幾個說法給你參考：
(in) the hustling and bustling (earthyly/secular) world
(in) the hustle and bustle of the human world
