    Pumpkin is quite a declicious and nuturious vegetable. It contains Beta-carotein that will transformed into Vitamin A after absorbtion, which is a vital nutrition for skin and membrane tissus and that also important for the growth of teeth and bones. It also helps the insulin secretion and enhance one's metabolism. It is a great source for Vitamin E, an anti-dioxidant for reducing oxidization of unsaturated fat for healthy skin.
