Student B is a customer who phones Student A to place a new order and query some mistakes about the quantity and shipment Student A had made beforehand. Try to make up a conversation for at least 3 minutes. You can use Unit 7 as a reference.

Question 2 Reporting on Progress

Student A and B are discussing the schedule of a project. Student A is a manager and Student B is a staff, who is assigned to do the project. Unfortunately, there are some problems happen during the process. Try to solve and discuss the results you aimed to improve, the goals you set yourselves, the measures you have implemented, how you have measured your progress, and the results you have achieved. Try to make up a conversation for at least 3 minutes. You can use Unit 9 as a reference.

Question 3 Products and services

Student A owns a shop, who tries to sell a product to Student B. Try to consider some of the factors that Student B buys from you rather than one of your competitors. (Read page 110 about lower prices, fast service, a good after-sales service, a wide range of products/services, a good reputation in your industry, …etc.) Student B is a customer, who will focus the problems on price, payment, delivery, technical specifications, quality standards, … etc. Try to make up a conversation for at least 3 minutes. You can use Unit 11 as a reference.
