*抗氧化作用:

綠茶成分中之多酚類是很強的抗氧化劑,可阻斷一連串的氧化反應避免DNA和細胞氧化。而這些氧化作用會促使癌症、動脈粥狀硬化症、發炎反應和老化的發生。

*有益皮膚健康:

頻繁且長期的曝曬在日光下是皮膚提早衰老和出現皺紋的主要原因,而含有抗氧化劑茶多酚類的營養補充品,具有減緩因老化引起皮膚損害的作用。

*有益牙齒健康:

綠茶主要能抑制鏈球菌和其他細菌,在飲食後於牙齒表面沉積的不潔物上的成長。

根據美國堪薩斯大學醫藥化學教授雷米契發現:綠茶萃取經華中EGCg的生理效能要比維生素C強近80倍,比維生素E強10倍,並且比紅酒中的抗氧化物強近2倍。此外,綠茶中的芳香族化合物能溶解脂肪,化濁去膩,防止脂肪積滯體內,而維他命B1、C和咖啡因能促進胃液分泌,有助消化與消脂。

喝綠茶可說是最簡單、經濟的養生之道,當然前提是必須要持之以恆的飲用,才能發揮它最大的效用。

    The professor of Medical Chemistry in University of Kansas(USA) found that the extracts of greeen tea, EGCg, is more active than Vitamin C around 80 times, stronger than Vitamin E 10 times and two times stronger than the anti-oxidants in red wine. In addtion, the aromatic compounds in green tea could dissolve fats and greasy, against the storage of fat in our bodies, and vitamin B1, C and caffeines are good for disgestion and removal of fats.

    Drinking green tea is the most simple, economics way for your health, but the most important of all is drink it for a long time to carry out the most functions of green tea.
