  失眠是很嚴重的問題,人類一生中有三份之一的時間是在床上睡覺。事實上一點也不錯,但若躺在床上輾轉難眠,卻是很難過的。且它會影響個人和家庭,生活作習,身體健康,人際關係、工作品質甚至是精神方面的疾病等等。若我們不去重視這個問題,可能會有更多的危害產生。

可以解決的方法其一是平常保持愉悅的心情,適時適當的做些運動。睡覺環境要安靜不要太熱或太亂。睡前喝熱牛奶,因為牛奶有幫助睡眠的作用。但注意不可在睡前喝太過刺激的食物。例如:茶、酒、咖啡。其二是可應儘速看醫師,讓專業的醫師來處理你的失眠問題,但千萬不要自行到藥房購買安眠藥,以危帶來更多的煩麻。

如果你參考以上原則,我想對於失眠有一定很大的改善。

    Insomnia is a very serious issue. One third of human’s life is sleeping on the bed. Indeed, but it is a hardship if you lie on the bed but you can’t sleep well. It can also affect individual , the family, the regime, the health, the relationship, the workmanship and even the spiritual disease and so on. If we do not take this problem seriously, it might cause more problems.

    The first way to solve Insomnia is to be maintain a joyful mood and do suitable exercise. The environment where you sleep should not be too hot or too messy. Drink warm milk before you sleep, because milk has the function to help you fall asleep. But remember do not drink too much stimulated drinks, for example, tea, wine, coffee.Second, to see the doctor as fast as possible. Let professional doctors to handle your Insomnia. But do not go to the pharmacy to buy hypnotics, otherwise you may get into more troubles.

    If you follow the rules above, it will solve your sleeping problem.

    interpersonal relationship, the workmanship even are spiritual aspect

    disease and so on. If we do not take this question, possibly can have

    the more harms production.
