關於環安人權,XX製衣廠嚴格遵從執行勞動法。並配合本地政府執行相關規定,嚴守不雇用童工,反對工作上任何歧視,工資合理化,工時正常化,及升遷制度化等相關規定,此外對於女性員工在預產期我們也給予適當的產假,使其能安心調養身體,因此我們隊員工的態度是關懷與尊重。

(這裡用obey好像怪怪的 但暫時享不到更好的字了 想請各位高手幫忙 )

We will not hire child labors, and against any discrimination at work. We pay reasonable salary,set up normal working hour,and institutionalize transferring and promotion. Further more we give our female employees applicable maternity leave for them to take good rest. Hence, we treat our works with care and respect.

    Obey ok的, 比較簡潔

    或 we act in accordance of the regulations.... 這就很咬文

    We DO NOT -> 用 will not 好像是現在有, 以後才不會

    要用 and 接句的話

    We do not hire child labor and we're strongly against discrimination at work.

    (Labor 不用複數)

    We pay.... promotion.

    and 前面不要逗點

    Hence 不適用, 因為有接前一句的感覺, 我相信你用hence的目的是總結? 用 Overall, 會比較有那個feel
