國外樣品簽收單

Question

我們有國外客人跟我們要樣品,但我們會計那裡需要國外客人簽一張樣品簽收單,這樣品簽收單有沒有一定的格是?

我只有寫一句英文而已就不知道該怎麼寫下去了

我寫:I have received the sample (B-123) from abc company.格式下面就直接畫個客人的簽名位置而且,這樣可以嗎?

另外樣品簽收單的英文到底怎麼寫啊?

最簡單的做法就是讓客人再出貨單上面簽收，然後傳真回你就好了。

可以稱做sample receipt.
