這是個有意思的問題。
其實你讀的應該是改編本，事實上三隻小豬的故事有非常多的改編本，你可以在網路上看到許多，甚至有影射政治的改編本。Google的查詢結果是：

三隻小豬碰到大野狼來敲門時，說的是：
No, no, I won't let you come in, not by the hair on my chinny chin chin.
這裡面的用法the hair on my chinny chin chin(我肥嘟嘟下巴上的毛)與the toe of my feet(我的腳趾；5支腳趾任何一隻都是toe，至於豬有幾隻腳趾，我沒算過;-))意思其實一樣，都是用來強調起誓用的。

基本上它並不是甚麼很難的諺語之類的
反倒是很簡單的單字翻譯
由於小豬從門縫中看到大野狼的腳趾頭
得知並非是好人
所以不會讓大野狼進來

翻譯成白話就是說:
我不會讓擁有這種腳趾頭的(進來)
