Give more praise to others

We should give more praise to others for whatever they do right, even though their work may not be fully satisfactory to you.

You will arouse positive nature from a person by praising him for his efforts. That will be the driving force to push him to move forward positively in his life career. If you criticize a person for a slight mistake despite his best time and trouble spent on something, you will let him feel miserable and think it useless or meaningless to do the required work later.

You can make people feel very cheerful by praising them cordially. So, why not give more praise to others whenever and wherever you can?

    如果你讚美他的所作所為,你將會自然的激起他本身的正面思想

    那將成為一種在他生命中的職業使他從正面前進的推動力

    如果你去批評一個人就因為一件小小的錯誤,卻在某事務上損害了他最好時機,也造成了更多的煩惱

    你會讓那個人感到很沮喪,會覺得自己很沒用去做沒意義的工,所以就乾脆拖延那必須要做的工
