商業email回信-客訴問題

我最近要處理一封客訴 大致上是外國客人買回產品後覺得東西很難用

要求要全額退款 不然就在公開討論會批評公司的缺點

這樣的客訴案件 主管給我很大的空間 我已經寫好如下

Dear customer:

First,thanks for purchasing our XXX(產品系列名詞) product.

Secondly,we are aware of your disappointment.But

would you exactly point what's the main problem or

difficulty in using the XXX(產品系列名詞)?

If you have any technical problems on your new product,

there are some ways to handle the situation─contact with

us,browse online website and look up manual coming with

appliance.

Accordingly,we are glad to discuss the problem which you encounter

currently.Could you give us one more chance to serve you?

If you have opinions to us,we'll be eager to remedy the issues

as soon as possible.

Look forward to your response.

1.能否請大家幫我看一下哪些地方要修改呢?

2.最後結尾的地方要怎麼表達呢?我總覺得Sincerely好像不大貼切~

    Thank you for purchasing our XXX product.

    We understand that you are not completely satisfied with this product.

    Would you please let us know what the main problem is?

    If there are technical problems on the application or usage of the

    product, you could have a look at the manual which is available at our

    website. You are always more than welcome to contact us directly.

    We are here to serve and look forward to receiving your reply.

    我只是修改一下英文,省去重覆。因為先用中文思考再轉意思為英文時,會出現很多自己發現不到的重覆表達。

    信的內容沒有正面回答 customer 是否可以退貨,這好像不算認真的回覆。公司有退款制道嗎?Refund policy 應該說清楚的。
