國外客戶信件回覆

不好意思~~請問一下有業務底子的英文高手幫忙一下~~

因為我們公司的業務今天剛好出國出差~~

有客戶要尋問報價~~

然後目前沒辦法回覆他~~

我們老闆叫我打一封信件回覆

回覆的內容是:

不好意思.因為業務今天出差至日本要等到下星期二才會回台灣

要等到下星期二才能回覆你報價的內容.

就是這方面的回覆~~

請有業務底子的英文高手們幫忙一下~

    Sorry to inform you about Jack(改成業務的英文名字) is on a business trip to Japan today and he will come back Taiwan on next Tuesday.

    很抱歉地通知您,我們的業務Jack於今天出差到日本,下星期二才會回來.

    Therefore, we won't be able to provide the quotation to you till next Tuesday.

    Regret that unable to reply to you immediately as our Shipping Officer is overseas to Japan, and only be back by nextTuesday. Therefore we are only able to provide the quotation to you when his return on next Tuesday. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
