我猜OMD的意思應該是Oromandibular dystonia 口頷部肌張力異常，病患肌張力異常發生在下頷、舌頭、口部的肌肉，造成這些地方的不自主運動，引起美觀上的缺限, 有時甚至會影響到飲食、說話。 

35歲單身男性患有OMD。睡眠品質不好 自我照顧不佳 心神不寧  生理衝動控制不佳  有迫害妄想  易和家人起爭執  家庭支持不好（家人不太管他或照顧他）  不聽從醫屬服藥  偶爾傻笑 精神錯亂。
