    Krashen proposed the theory of affective filter. He thought there is no pressure in children's process of learning foreign language. As a result, there is less self-defensive attitude than the adults. On the other hand, in the period of juvanile, the affective filter is thicker, and it will cause some bad impacts on their language learning effect.

    Krashen thought that anxiety, lack of confidence and low learning motive will make an influence on language leaners. Their affective filter will screen out some meaningful language messages thus prevent them from getting into learner's language center. Therefore, it will seriously lessen the language learning effect.
