been submitted.

Current Processing Delays

There are delays in processing first electronic

Working Holiday visa

applications and email enquiries to this

helpdesk. Emails to this helpdesk

are being responded to 25 days after receipt.

First Working Holiday visa

applications which have not been automatically

granted are being processed

10 days after lodgement.

For urgent queries, you should contact your

nearest Australian immigration

office (see

www.immi.gov.au/contacts/offices.htm), or phone 131 881 in

Australia.

Please do not make travel arrangements, or travel

to Australia, until you

have been notified that a decision has been made

on your application.
