    "privileged" means only the parties involved may have access to the information (ie know of its contents), or those to whom they have consented to provide the information to. No outsiders may legally have access to it. 祗有當事人才可以使用這些資料﹐或那些獲同意提供的對象才可以使用﹐其他局外人不可以使用。一般在免責聲明中使用﹐提醒未經許可不向他人泄露這些獲法律保障資料。
