Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and gently knead.Pat dough out to a 3/4-inch thickness and cut in rounds with a floured biscuit cutter.

Transfer rounds to an ungreased baking sheet.Gather scraps together,pat out again and cut remaining rounds.Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.

    用叉子把碗裡的麵粉,發粉,小蘇打和鹽攪拌一起。

    將奶油切入麵粉混合料裡,用攪拌器或手指頭拌勻混合料,直到混合料像粗食一樣。拌入細香蔥(或調味料)。

    (※粗食:這裡指的應該是麵粉料還沒充份揉成麵團前那一粒一粒的狀態。若版主有在做烘焙應不難想像囉!)

    做很好, 緩慢地倒酪乳當攪動與叉子直到麵團舉行酪乳的一起.整個的不能是需要的。

    Sloely改為slowly

    Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and gently knead.Pat dough out to a 3/4-inch thickness and cut in rounds with a floured biscuit cutter.
