照你的說法~HOMECARE SERVICE跟IN-HOUSE NURSE有點像，差別只是在於有沒有NURSE的身份，也就是有沒有醫療護理的部份。所以可以說IN-HOUSE NURSE包含在HOMECARE SERVICE當中，是專業的部份。
