    請問出處為何?

    我試著回答看看不一定都對歐

    1.a Grand Tour 定義應為大旅行即是大眾旅行強調的是量

    所以覺得應是4.4) Switzerland因為若是單國遊應為深度旅行

    2.4) TWOV.其為過境免簽證

    3.Grouping potential tourism customers 為團體潛在觀光客答案應為

    called1) Psychographic segmentation, 心理上未來想去觀光的旅客

    4.有些字查不到我猜是2) Late adoptersat 因one extreme極早或極晚所以也可能為 4) Early adopters. 早起鳥

    5.實體應為1)Reliability

    6.高品質服務不需3) Reduced operating costs
