A.Although - 連接詞，後面要加從屬子句。
B.Even though - 連接詞，後面要加從屬子句。
C.In spite of - 介係詞，後面要加 v-ing 或名詞。***正確答案***
D.Because - 連接詞，後面要加從屬子句 ; 且『因為』，意思不對。

A.Because - 『因為』，意思不對。
B.Despite - 介係詞，後面要加 v-ing 或名詞。
C.Even though - 『儘管』，後面加從屬子句。***正確答案***
D.While - 『然而』，意思不對。

註 : 
Despite 是介系詞（前置詞），同 in spite of，只差一個是片語一個是單字。

用法 : 
He didn t get the job in spite of all his qualifications.
He didn t get the job despite all his qualifications.

(B)是"即使.雖然"~後面也是接句子~用在這文法錯~

(C)是"儘管.不管.雖然有~"~後面接 N 或V-ing~

用在這文法文意都對~

In spite of = Regardless of = Despite ~意思用法都對~

*Despite後面"直接"接 N 或 V-ing~"不要"再加 of ~

(D)是"因為"~後面接句子~文意文法錯~

"假如"文意對的話~要用Because of ~後面加 N 或 V-ing~

although是雖然
even though是即使
inspite of是儘管
while是當什麼時候
because是因為
這是簡單的分辨法，依照你的題目難易度，知道這樣，能夠分辨就足夠了。
