一定要用 full of = having many (充滿)

如果不寫of,變成

Jame was a foolish man, full impractical ideas.

隱含如下同位關係成立,

man 人 = full impractical ideas 完全不實際想法,

但人和想法並不對等,意義上無法並列.

同樣意思,硬要並列寫法,可考慮如下,

Jame was a man of foolishness, fully impractical ideas.

以上同位關係為

foolishness = fully impractical ideas

兩者意義上可以並列.
